It is recommended to complete the key handover formalities at the earliest as DLP, Service charges and utilities payments and registration will be transferred under the owner's responsibility from Completion date. However if you wish to delay the handover, please ensure that the payment is made by the due date in order to avoid being charged late payment fees.
