The service is available to eligible property owners who meet the UAE government's residency visa requirements, including:

      • Golden Visa (10 years): Property ownership valued at AED 2 million or above.
      • Property Investor Visa (2 years): Available to property owners holding a valid Title Deed. For sole ownership, any property value is eligible. For jointly owned properties, each investor must hold a minimum share value of AED 400,000. A Dubai Police clearance is required.
      • Retirement Visa (5 years): Property ownership valued at AED 1 million or above, with the applicant aged 55 years or older.

Eligibility remains subject to the prevailing regulations and approval of the relevant UAE government authorities.
